link or instructions provided in any email we send. SMS/text messaging

communications are governed by Section 17 (SMS Messaging Program

Terms) below.

If you wish to purchase any product or service made available through the Service ("Purchase"), you may be asked to supply certain information relevant to your Purchase including, without limitation, your credit card number, the expiration date of your credit card, your billing address, and your shipping information.

4. Contests, Sweepstakes, and Promotions

Any contests, sweepstakes, or other promotions (collectively, "Promotions") made available through the Service may be governed by rules that are separate from these Terms & Conditions. If you participate in any Promotions, please review the applicable rules as well as our Privacy Policy. If the rules for a Promotion conflict with these Terms and Conditions, the Promotion rules will apply.

17. SMS Messaging Program Terms

Program Name: Texas First Floors DFW SMS Program

Program Description: Texas First Floors DFW operates two independent

SMS messaging programs. Users may opt in to either or both by actively checking the corresponding unchecked-by-default consent checkbox on our website contact form at https://texasfirstfloorsdfw.com.

(a) Transactional / Non-Marketing Program: appointment confirmations, estimate scheduling, project updates, service reminders, and customer support responses.

(b) Marketing / Promotional Program: special offers, discounts,

seasonal promotions, flooring tips, and new service announcements.

Consent: SMS consent is not a condition of purchase or service. Users may opt in to either program, both, or neither. Both consent checkboxes are unchecked by default; active opt-in is required.

Message Frequency: Message frequency varies based on your interaction with our services and the program(s) you have opted in to. Transactional messages are sent as needed in connection with your project or inquiry.

Marketing messages are sent no more than approximately 4-6 times per month.

Message and Data Rates: Message and data rates may apply. Please check with your mobile carrier for details of your messaging plan. Texas First Floors DFW does not charge for the messages themselves.

Carriers: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. HELP Instructions: For assistance at any time, reply HELP to any

message you receive from us, or contact us at (817) 756-1249 or [email protected].

STOP Instructions: To cancel and stop receiving SMS messages at any time, reply STOP to any message you receive from us. You will receive a one-time confirmation message that no further messages will be sent. If you wish to rejoin, you may opt in again through the website form. Opting out of marketing messages does not automatically opt you out of transactional messages related to an active project or service, unless you request full unsubscribe by contacting us directly.

Privacy: Mobile phone numbers and SMS opt-in consent are handled under our Privacy Policy Section 5 (SMS / Text Messaging Program).

Mobile information is not shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

Eligibility: Users must be 18 years or older and the account holder or authorized user of the mobile phone number provided.

Supported Carriers: The program is available on all major U.S. mobile carriers, including AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon Wireless, Sprint, Boost Mobile, U.S. Cellular, MetroPCS, Cricket, and others.
